If we need to reschedule an event we will automatically transfer your ticket to the new dates.

Or, if that isn’t suitable, we can either offer you a credit voucher for anyone in your company for an event of your choice, or, you will be entitled to a full refund*

*Full refunds are available for those customers booking from the 31^st March, and are only available for bookings made where this condition is specified.

Please let us know within 7 days of an event being moved if you would like to take up this option.
